L116 Aerospace Aluminium Tube

L116 is a cold drawn aluminium tube product which has high corrosion resistance with slightly higher strength than 1050A.



99% Aluminium Content

he basis of L116 aluminium tube is aluminium alloy material designation 1200; the alloy also boasts high thermal conductivity and reflectivity although this is not relatively as high as 1050. L116 has a 99% minimum requirement for aluminium content and yet is still classed as a non-heat-treatable commercially pure aluminium.



Features

L116 aluminium tubes offer very good weldability and are easily joined. With very good atmospheric corrosion resistance, the alloy has high thermal conductivity properties.
