Aluminium Extrusion, Rod, Bar, Shapes, Tube, Wire

A high strength 3.8 to 4.9% Copper alloy in extruded bar and profile form. Solution heat-treated and controlled stretched to achieve the T3511 condition, produced to the American Standard.

Key Features:

AMS QQA 200/3 2024 is a high strength aluminium alloy used in aerospace and high technology applications. With good machinability, the alloy is excellent when using resistance, spot or beam welding techniques though other methods are not recommended. The corrosion resistance to atmospheric attack is poor.
