Free Machining High Performance Copper Beryllium Alloy

Alloy 33-35 is a free machining high performance copper beryllium alloy. It is an excellent substitute for Alloy 25 if enhanced machinability is required.

Key Features:

Alloy 33-25 is a free machining copper beryllium alloy with a 2% (min) lead addition. With good hot working and excellent cold working properties, the excellent machinability characteristics of the alloy make Alloy 33-25 an improved option over Alloy 25. Alloy 33-25 is forged at temperature ranging from 649 to 816°C (1200 to 1500°F).
