We offer a broad selection of plastic square bars in metric sizes which are available to you ex-stock. Apart from our standard stock range, we also provide plastic square bars which are cut and planed from our plate products. Warpage of our square plastic bars is low even over long lengths. Plastic square bar is suitable for use in a broad range of commercial engineering applications and often in demanding working environments.
Certification is to 2.2 as standard (3.1 is available on request). Many of our plastic engineering materials can be FDA, USP class 6 or ISO 10993 certified.
We process your plastic square bars internally either at our central operations hub in Biggleswade or one of fourteen UK service centres. We offer fast turnaround on all engineering products and will cut your plastic bars to specific lengths and too close tolerances too.
Our industry-leading bespoke IT platform endorses our commitment to quality. We offer a fully embedded quality management system with traceability at its core. All our products are barcoded to ensure that your material is traceable at any point during our care.
